By accessing or using TipTrack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TipTrack provides tip tracking, overtime compliance monitoring, and related payroll analytics tools for businesses. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended as a supplemental tool — it does not constitute legal or accounting advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
