Your information is used to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (verification, password resets), and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA256. Sensitive fields (such as SSN fragments) are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with third-party service providers (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery) strictly as needed to operate the Service. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
